James J. Gattuso, Jr., CPA

Jim is an owner of the Firm and resides in the back mountain area with his wife and business partner, Kristin and his family. He has over 25 years of public accounting and consulting experience, including 17 years with a large regional public accounting firm where he was a partner. Throughout his career, he has been involved with a variety of commercial, individual, governmental and non-profit clients.  His industry expertise includes commercial and residential contractors, governmental and non-profit organizations, manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, real estate management and development, retail services (legal, automobile and entertainment) and litigation support services.  Jim�s practice areas include accounting and auditing, financial and operations management, SEC matters and regulations, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, tax planning and compliance and family business transition.

Jim received his bachelor of science in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants.

Kristin A. Gattuso, CPA

Kristin is also an owner of the Firm and has over 15 years of public accounting and consulting experience. Her professional experience includes providing accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services to a wide range of clients, including a variety of commercial and not-for-profit, real estate development and management, retail services, wholesale/distributors, manufacturing entities, employee benefit plans and individuals. 

Kristin is a graduate of King�s College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants.
